Transfer of registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to babe2013@omicsgroup.info Details must include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or to another event, then the following refund arrangements apply
Before 60 days of the conference : 50% refund
Within 60 days of the conference : No refund
Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any other circumstances. Cancellations that are eligible for a refund as specified above will be processed only after the conference
