Michael B. Blank, Ph.D., University of Pennsylvania. Associate Professor of Psychology in Psychiatry. Dr. Blank received his BA with distinction in psychology from the University of Rochester and his MA and PhD in psychology from the University of Virginia. Dr. Blank’s research and writing focus on integration of health and mental health services delivery systems including treatment for co-morbid illness such as HIV/AIDS. Dr. Blank’s primary affiliation is with the Psychiatry Department, and he also holds appointments as a senior fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute for Health Economics, the Center for Public Health Initiatives, and the Center for Health Behavior Research. He also serves as co-director of the Behavioral and Social Sciences Core of the Penn Center for AIDS Research (CFAR) and as co-Director of the Penn Mental Health AIDS Research Center (PMHARC). He is the author of more than 100 published papers and reports.
