Haoxing Wu is a youth thousand talent professor of medical imaging center, department of radiology at West China School of Medicine and West China Hospital, Sichuan University. He attended college and earned his PhD in 2011 with a major in medicinal chemistry at Sichuan University in the lab of Prof. Yong Qin. After that he went to The Scripps Research Institute as postdoctoral research associate in the lab of Prof. Floyd Romesberg. Then he moved to UCSD in 2013 as a postdoctoral research fellow in the lab of Prof. Neal Devaraj. In May of 2016, he joined Sichuan University as a young thousand talent plan scholar. His recent research interests are in molecular imaging and bioorthogonal chemistry.
