Kenneth Maiese is the Head of Translational Medicine and External Innovation, and past Professor, Chair, and Chief of Service of the Department of Neurology and Neurosciences at Rutgers. Dr. Maiese has received outstanding teaching awards and election to Americas Top Physicians, the Best of U.S. Physicians, and Top Doctors. He is a top cited author with continuous funding from multiple agencies such as the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association, the Bugher Foundation, and the NIH. Dr. Maiese holds several patents, has over 350 publications and has authored 5 books.
